MKSK in Projects

MKSK is excited to conduct a 9-month study to improve transportation, economic vibrancy, vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle connectivity, and other aspects of the well-known Five Points District in Lafayette, Indiana. On January 26, 2017, the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission approved MKSK and the multidisciplinary team including Schmidt Associates, GM Development, Greenstreet and BF&S to begin the Five Points Redevelopment Plan. The historic Five Points District is defined as the intersections of Main, South, Columbia, and 16th Streets and sits on the direct route between Interstate 65 and downtown Lafayette. The MKSK team will engage with Lafayette citizens, community leaders, business owners, property owners, and other stakeholders on their vision for space improvements and economic opportunities. The final plan is anticipated for September 2017.
