A new retail entertainment district, with artful and eclectic public spaces

Easton’s Urban District is a 16-acre mixed-use expansion to the town-center style retail and lifestyle center. The expansion is focused on arts, entertainment, public programming, and nightlife. Opened in the fall of 2019, the development includes over 250,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space and plans for over 750 residential units.

MKSK collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers to plan the eclectic new district. Each building was designed by a different architect to achieve a storied feel for the development, with a system of streetscapes, public spaces, and parks that tie the district together.
