Bicentennial Plaza's "Time Flow"

The new Indiana Statehouse Bicentennial Plaza’s “Time Flow” public art by Dale Enochs is featured in the latest issue of CODAmagazine. The latest issue, Placemaking Art III, features Enoch’s work as one of two themes that enliven the new public spaces surrounding the reinvisioned statehouse site. “Time Flow”, as a figurative representation of a time capsule, combines sculpture and physical space to suggest the passage of time from past, into present, and forward toward the future.

MKSK led the plaza redevelopment design team of artists and engineers, transforming the automobile – dominated space into pedestrian plazas with integrated public art.
